This page describes website analytics and how the enquiry feature works. It is not a description of information-handling arrangements for a consulting engagement.

Sending an enquiry

When you press Send, the details you enter are submitted to this website and delivered to Fletch Consulting by email through Resend. The form does not save your enquiry to a website database.

Your message and contact details are included in the email so Fletch Consulting can review and respond to your enquiry. Resend processes that email to provide delivery.

Keep your first enquiry brief

Provide enough context to start a conversation. Avoid sending sensitive documents, detailed allegations or personal information about other people until you have discussed how that information should be shared and handled.

Analytics and external services

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand visits to this website, including which pages are viewed, referring websites, approximate location, and browser and device types. It provides aggregate statistics without using tracking cookies. We do not send the details entered in the enquiry form to this analytics service, and we remove query parameters and fragments from the page URLs we report.

This website does not use advertising pixels. Fonts and images used in the site are served locally. The hosting service may record standard access logs. Read more about Vercel Web Analytics and privacy.

Following a link to LinkedIn or using your email application takes you to a separate service with its own privacy arrangements.

Before sharing detailed material or agreeing to consulting work, ask us about how information will be received, used, stored and shared for that engagement.
